  1. Arms
    1. Arm suckers with about 8-10 sharply pointed teeth on distal margins of inner rings

  2. Tentacles
    1. Club about 80% of length of tentacle.
    2. Club exhibits characteristics of the chiroteuthid families:
      1. Keel absent.
      2. terminal pad absent.
      3. club not expanded.
      4. Club straight.
    3. Club suckers in six regular series.

    4. Suckers
      1. Club sucker ring bears approximately six small, conical, widely-spaced teetn on the distal margin.
